Log file is a special text file which contains all camera errors in the following format: line number, time, error number.

Error number can be deciphered by referring to Error Codes section. Log file can not be deleted even if the device memory has been formatted either by the SMS command or using the Mobile App.

You can request the Log File using the SMS command or the Mobile App.
