====== Shooting Settings ====== In this section you can set up suitable shooting parameters. ===== Image Resolution ===== Here you can choose a resolution for the image which will be sent to you in accordance with the parameters you have set up in Sending Settings. All photos are taken and saved in the following resolutions: * **1600х1200** * **800х600** * **400х300** But the photo taken is sent in a chosen resolution only. You can get the photo in other resolutions either in the Photo Archive or using SMS commands. Setting up this parameter take into account that the higher the image resolution, the longer it will take to send it, which increases sending time and reduces the battery life of the device. ===== Image Rotation ===== This parameter determines how the image needs to be rotated. It is possible to rotate the image in the following ways: * 0° * 90° * 180° * 270° Rotation is clockwise. This option can be useful if you install the camera on a vertical wall or ceiling. Thus, you can initially have an inverted image. After saving, you can check the result on the Quick Snapshot Screen. ===== Compression ===== This parameter sets the compression ratio of the image for storage and sending. The higher the compression ratio, the smaller image size is. However, the image may lose quality. The value of this parameter depends on the performance requirements and operating conditions. Please note that by increasing the file size you will increase sending time and reduce the battery life of the camera. ===== IR Illumination ===== Using this parameter, you can forcibly enable or disable camera IR Illumination at night. Disabling IR Illumination may be useful if you use an external IR illuminator or if the object is illuminated enough. ===== Burst Mode ===== This group of settings lets you control Burst Mode feature. ==== Number of Shots ==== With this parameter you can adjust the number of shots that the camera takes and sends when triggered. Please note that the more photos are taken, the longer it takes to send them which reduces the battery life of the camera. ==== Shot Delay ==== Using shot delay you can set the time delay between shots. The time delay can be from 5 to 20 seconds.
